The hotel is luxurious and modern. The staff are attentive and enthusiastic.
Had great service. Staff was amazing and very informative about the city. Particularly Keanna, Trisha, and Kara were of great help and went beyond the call of duty to make this business stay better in the midst of a snowstorm.
The desk staff is amazing!!! I literally stay here because the girl at the front desk is so wonderful!!! She sang to me. 😊
