The check in staff (maybe Brandi) was awesome; very hospitable, friendly and service oriented. The check in and breakfast area are very clean! The room was clean and just fine but needed some maintenance (the bathtub faucet leaked and could not be turned off and there were a few other knobs and drawers that need to be tightened). I would stay again.

I can't even say enough good things about this Hotel! From check- in to check-out it showcased the best that Hampton has to offer. Check- in/ check- out 5 stars for efficiency and friendliness of the Front Desk Attendant. She not only made checking in a breeze, she also made sure we were informed, well stocked, and comfortable throughout our stay. $215, and I'm so disappointed with this. Maybe go with the Holiday Inn down the street if you're trying to decide between the 2. Walked in, and there was some kind of plugin air freshener device sitting right in the middle of the floor... Very likely because the carpet reeks like a dirty, wet dog in here. To make matters worse, the air freshener smells like a low quality, car mirror freshener. Room 112 if you're hotel staff, and need to verify.
