The room was absolutely filthy and the condition was appalling. The shower rod was covered in rust, there was hair in the bathroom, the toilet was disgustingly floor was sticky, and the sheets had brown stains We chose Hilton because of our points, but this stay was a complete nightmare. We arrived at 7 AM and were told we could check in early and would only be charged for one night, yet I was charged for two. I paid $275 in total, and I deeply regret not choosing somewhere else. On our way to Florida for a family vacation. During the drive, someone requested an emergency restroom stop. A quick google search showed this hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing. They let us use the restrooms and even got free coffee for our trip. Amazing hotel and wonderful staff. When we book a hotel in the future, it will definitely be with Hampton Inn. Great job!
Poor customer service. We were charged for a room we wasn't able to get to. We had tried calling multiple times to cancel and all was unable to reach anyone. Once we did , they had already charged us for the room . They told us to call back during morning hours to speak with a supervisor and she could refund the money. We called back and the supervisor was rude and unhelpful. We will make sure we stay away from Hampton / Hilton inns in the future.
I'll start with the only positive, the staff I encountered were all sweet and welcoming. All in, a 1 night stay at this outdated, substandard (for a Hilton brand), run down property cost OVER $250. It's beyond a point of basic cleaning, this hotel needs to be completely gutted and rebuilt. At this price point there is an expectation for certain level "niceties" - such as sparkling clean/ modern bathrooms, newer/comfortable furniture, good lighting. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The front desk team deserves a special shoutout! Especially Brianna! They were friendly, patient, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s refreshing to receive this kind of hospitality. The staff made my stay feel comfortable from the moment I walked through the door. I would definitely stay here again!
