Our family stayed here because it was convenient and close to Callaway Gardens. The staff was nice but this was the worst hotel we ever stayed at. Every room has rats!!! We had 8 rooms we booked for our whole family. The rooms are nasty!!! Please do your research first.
First time ever giving a review just wanted others to be aware this place is nasty had 6 rooms all together all had bugs in rooms hair, crumbs and other things in bed dirty floors an bathroom and one room had a rat yes a rat I’ve seen multiple recent reviews with bad experience following a comment from management saying they’d fix it or do better with housekeeping which they definitely havnt I hate to leave a review like this but people pay good money to try and stay at nicer hotels but this isn’t it Nice front staff/conveni... read more
Recently, I was in need of three rooms for myself and two elderly family members. I tried to make reservations at this hotel using my honors membership and was quoted a substantially higher rate because I needed the option to cancel within a reasonable period, if and in the event someone became sick and unable to travel or a death occurred. Room had a smell. Staff was great.
Convenient location but the room that we stayed in had no power to the television, microwave, or refrigerator. We got in really early in the morning, so we didn't notice until we woke up. The front desk was prompt but the whole thing was unplugged and there was no way that we could have reached it as guests. Not sure who dropped the ball there. Rooms should be ready to go when guests arrive, especially when you pay full price for not even staying a full night. No discount was given for our troubles.
