The entire hotel was outdated. It looked like nothing changed since the hotel was built. The carpet throughout the hotel had a musty odor, soiled and dirty. It had my throat and nose itching which made for a miserable night. The bathroom shower had mold and the toilet seat was uneven when you sat on it. Some of the bathroom towels appeared to be dingy. Also the A/C vent was molded and the air conditioner was loud and cycled all night. Needless to say I’ll never return or spend my money there again.😡😡😡
Great service and location. Hotel is showing it's age. Normal wear and tear is adding up to be more than normal now and this hotel needs an upgrade.
Very convenient location. Easy to access location. Reducing my stars because they keep cats as pets. The cats are all around Hotel. Not professional and nasty.
The room was absolutely filthy and the condition was appalling. The shower rod was covered in rust, there was hair in the bathroom, the toilet was disgustingly floor was sticky, and the sheets had brown stains We chose Hilton because of our points, but this stay was a complete nightmare. We arrived at 7 AM and were told we could check in early and would only be charged for one night, yet I was charged for two. I paid $275 in total, and I deeply regret not choosing somewhere else. On our way to Florida for a family vacation. During the drive, someone requested an emergency restroom stop. A quick google search showed this hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing. They let us use the restrooms and even got free coffee for our trip. Amazing hotel and wonderful staff. When we book a hotel in the future, it will definitely be with Hampton Inn. Great job!
