Rooms smell old and microwave duty. Wanted to heat water and the smell not good. Bathroom smell humid. Not recommended. Toilet dirty
It's a hotel. The room was clean and the bed was hard. The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke to me, but my wife thought it was probably a cleaning chemical odor. Who knows. Staff was friendly, but one of them used her finger to unclog the waffle batter dispenser one morning...no glove. We ate eggs and toast instead.
We had a room on the first floor but when we got our digital key it was for a room on the second floor. When we got to our room and opened the door it was still occupied and not clean. We went back to the front desk and got another room. When we got in our room the TV wouldn't work and the lady from the front desk came up and she couldn't get it to work. They were going to call a maintenance person to come fix it but we waited two hours and call back to the front desk and told them to forget it. The shower was so nasty we wo... read more
