I would give this place 0 stars. A customer had stayed in room 364 with their dog and the dog peed all over the bed. The solution to the mattress being cleaned was to spray the mattress with something good smelling and flip the mattress and this is a supervisor telling their staff to do this. How disgusting. How many more rooms are like this?
