Our room was clean, the lady that helped us at the front desk could not have been any nicer. If I had any complaints it would be the breakfast in the morning. That’s typical for a free breakfast at a hotel.
I recently booked a 2-night stay at the Hampton in Lafayette, Indiana, and was thoroughly disappointed with the hotel's condition and customer service. Upon arrival, the exterior of the hotel appeared standard, but upon entering the lobby, we were immediately struck by a strong smell of smoke and a stale odor.
