Not happy the pool is closed.
The hotel was ok. The location is a nice spot, lots of restaurants and shops very close by. I wouldn't have written a review normally, but Robert at the front desk was the friendliest dude I've ever met. That guy could make me feel welcome in prison. 100% authentic. Like Guy Fieri type energy. Like, if I would have told him I didn't like my view, dude would have moved the whole hotel 3 blocks over to make sure I was happy with my stay. Room was very comfortable and clean, coffee 24/7 (huge win), staff was very pleasant, explained rooms service options (stayed a week), pool and hottub were closed, but that did not matter to us. Only issue, internet seemed a little unstsble. Looking forward to staying again.
Check-in was quick, easy, and very friendly. The hotel is a bit dated, and I wasn’t too happy with the bed—it felt a little hard, and the pillows were so soft I had to stack three of them. That said, the room and hotel overall were very clean and comfortable, and the location was great.
Friendly service, Comfortable Bed, Clean room, Hot water, Good breakfast, Great coffee.
