The location was convenient. The pool is under construction. We were supposed to have adjoining rooms and handicap accessible. Neither happened. Pink mold on the bathroom wall, wall tile baseboard that was not attached to the wall in the bathroom. Broken lamp on the desk. Beds had individual pocketed coils and you could feel each one. Supportive but not all that comfortable. Front desk person said they were starting a major renovation, which is needed. Single room was the size of a broom closet. Smelled like urine. Carpet looked and felt dirty. The pool and hot tub was under construction. This should have been mentioned on their site when I booked the room. Very overpriced for the condition of the motel and room. The first and last time I'll stay at any Hampton Inn...

I really hate leaving this review. I always stay at Hampton Inn. The price point is perfect, the rooms are nice, breakfast is great, and the service is outstanding. Rarely, do I experience anything negative and when I do, I take into consideration the extenuating circumstances that may be going on (spring training for baseball, short staffing, etc.).
