Utterly horrible customer service when i arrived i was told the room i booked was giving to another and i would have to wait when i asked to talk the manager they belittled me and insulted me they also treat their staff very poorly fired a person on the spot for incorrectly folding a bed sheet utterly trash hotel
Stayed at this location for the second time, rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Great stop if you are in the Paducah area and don't want to stay in Paducah. Would highly recommend as this location was renovated a couple of years ago.
We have been Hilton honors members for over five years, we have stayed in boutique hotels and hotels priced far higher than this and this hotel was one of the cleanest and nicest hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff are friendly and went above and beyond for my kids. Breakfast was wonderful and they gave the kids a fun straw with their drinks and a coloring book. Front desk service was wonderful and kind. Rooms themselves were filthy. We rented 3 rooms for the family and my mother's room had toe nail clippings on the floor, mine had straw wrappers from kids juice boxes. They clearly did not vacuum. The sheets were clean, but a look under them (because I always check for bed bugs, which i did NOT see, to be clear) but there was a yellow pee stain on the bed.
