When I arrived my room had a moldy smell but the front desk attendant apologized and quickly gave me a new room. The shower was adequate - could use a little more pressure- but it was fine. Room was good and clean.

I did not stay at this property. I was visiting a friend who stayed there due to a family member being in the hospital. While having breakfast in the lobby area, I observed incredible efficiency and friendliness at the front desk. His name is Andy. His faith shined in his conversations. I have stayed at this location about 10 times within the past 6 months. I have spent 2k with Hilton alone just in the last 5 months and have gold status. I switched from my Marriott platinum status last year because I was promised better customer service. I travel all the time so when I choose a hotel brand, they will value from the loyalty.
