So, I recently visited this establishment and was assigned a room that had a distinct moldy smell. I attempted to request a different room, but I was informed that it was not possible due to the way my company had booked it. They even refused to consider offering an upgrade by simply adding a small fee. Instead, they gave me two options: either return to my current room or cancel it.
