I was supposed to get a call (but didn't) that they were running low on hot water because they only have 1 of 3? boilers working. I called them to confirm the and I was told I should have received a call and could check in earlier to shower before everyone else checked in and they ran out of hot water. I appreciated that. I stood at the front desk for at least 5 minutes before someone showed up to check me in and she was nice. We needed a paper printed and their business center was temporarily down. The woman at the front desk was incredibly helpful and printed it from an email. Thank you for going above and beyond!
The original room we were given had no hot water, mold in the shower & at 12am the fire alarm went off. By 1am, we couldn't stand it any longer and called the front desk, seeing how nobody contacted us to make sure we were okay. The night manager did finally agree to move us at 1am to a different room. After she inspected the original room, she chose to refund our entire bill. Thanks. That doesn't make it okay. It just cushioned the blow little. That being said, the breakfast was nice.
