Great service and clean facilities. Always a great stay!
Stayed here because it advertises ev charging. Come to find out.... It's for Teslas only. And even then they charge $0.60 per kwh. More expensive than the ultra fast charging a mile down the road. False advertising and price gouging. Other than that, the hotel is nice. Seems overpriced all the way around. I come to tri cities once a month and won't be staying here again.
Great service and very clean. Soft comfy bed.
Great time during our stay, the only issue was that none of our USB ports worked on the nightstand. Room was spacious and all people working were really nice.
Average, breakfast unfortunately not in a safe temperature range so I would avoid. Rooms were fine, service is great.
