Rooms are always clean. Free Tesla charging. But what really makes it 5 stars is the front desk person, Leslie. I stay there regularly for work and every time she goes the extra mile for me and it’s super appreciated. She has waters waiting for me, lets me know when the charger is free.
Great location, great rooms, great front desk staff. Can’t wait to come back here again

This location is the armpit of the Tri-cities. The hotel is in an industrial area 10-15 minutes to groceries / restaurants. I loved the Richland location. The Kennewick location is a definite no. Aside from the location the carpet is giving me a migraine, and the pool doesn’t have a hot tub/ spa. Sounds like a first world problem, but you can go 15 min north to the Richland location for a similar price and get River view, hot tub, walking trails and restaurants within 5 minutes. Just book the Richland one on Bradley.
Employee came to us and asked our room number specifically for no reason and questioned if we were guests. Poor service.
