The front desk lady (a young brown long hair and blue eyes woman/girl) was lacking professionalism and courtesy. She seems annoyed by us and didn't even say Hello... Then when a problem in our reservation occurred, she didn't offer any solution and let us dealt with it on our own. She could have, at least, asked for a supervisor to get some kind of help to get a resolution. She really needs a training on how to deal with customers! 0 stars! Would not recommend this hotel. I was checked out of my room unknowingly. They packed my bags mixing dirty clothes in with clean. Stuffed my dress clothes that were on hangers in the same bag with dirty clothes wrinkled them horribly. I would most definitely recommend to everyone to choose another hotel .

I am writing this review to let others know about the very poor treatment my family experienced at this hotel. From the beginning, the way we were treated felt unfair and unprofessional. On the first day, the hotel claimed we were being too loud and even called the police. When the police arrived, they confirmed there was no noise issue.
