Had a great time staying at the Hampton, breakfast was amazing and it tasted good. People that worked there were friendly and did an amazing job. Plus we were located everything was in close proximity from the hotel.

Hotel was loud and could not get anyone to respond through the app about switching rooms to a more quiet area. When they finally responded, hours later, they had no rooms available to move me to…. They also did not handle the “loud” rooms around. Do not recommend and I’m a frequent Hilton Gold member

Location is great. Everything else not so much. When you walk into the hotel there's an offending odor, almost sewer like. Every time. Front desk staff barely says a word much less acknowledges you. Room was clean and quiet which was nice. However, just like a restaurant, poor service doesn't take place of a nice experience. Most likely won't return.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Hampton Inn Kansas City The Legends. My daughter drove all the way from Denver, CO to Kansas City on her way to South Carolina, only to be denied check-in because she is 19—even though her name was on the reservation. Nowhere during the booking process did we see that guests must be 21 years old to check in, so this policy came as a complete surprise.
