Great location and room pricing. Hotel was very clean amd organized.Staff was courteous amd friendly accommodating to our needs.Highly recommended when staying in the Kansas City area.
We had an issue with our key not working but the front desk guy was professional and accommodating. Location was perfect from where we needed to be.

Location is great, lots to do in the area, and close to the amphitheater. When we booked my husband had added a request in the comments section and they accommodated. The bed sheet had a stain. The phone wasn't working so I had to go downstairs and ask for new sheets. They didn't offer to put them on for me and just handed them to me instead. The new sheet had a hole in them. Race weekend was enjoyed here at the hampton inn. Nice comp breakfast, pool and all around clean place, as a diamond member, no free room upgrade was offered.
