Everyone we encountered was rude but at least had the courtesy to get off their phones long enough to “help” even if it did come with an eye roll or disgruntled sigh. Our bathroom floor had a ton of hair on it and there were chemicals for cleaning left inside the room. Had we had kids that could have become a major issue. Overall, never staying here again. Would not recommend. Especially for the price we paid. Definitely was not worth it.
I've stayed here twice and each visit was pleasant. Clean rooms. Solid hotel chain.
Perfect location to stay for our concert at Starlight Theater.
