Like other's have mentioned rooms have a musty smell otherwise clean. Semis park next to the hotel and you can hear them running over night.
We arrived and the night desk clerk was ok not the friendliest but helped when we was placed in room that stunk. She moved us rooms. The next morning we went to front desk bc air conditioner was leaking and carpet all wet. His response is I'll tell maintance which never showed.By the time we left the next morning carpet was extreme wet pretty far to foot of the bed. None of employees spoke except the first night. Honestly my only complaint is that on our trip 3 out of the first four stays at different Hampton Inns had some minor issue with the room and one was a more major issue. This Hampton in was a very minor issue.
