Very clean and quiet hotel. Pretty good breakfast and good coffee throughout the day in the lobby. The hotel is really close to the river market and within walking distance of the KC Current stadium, but anything south is quite a walk and we ended up ubering to places like boulevard brewery, etc. although the bus system is pretty extensive and would have been a good alternative.
A wonderful modern hotel inside the 1904 fram. Large spacious rooms very clean, great free parking. Staff very friendly and accommodating to fix us to go breakfast bags for our early depature to catch Amtrak.
Newsmax. Seriously?? I've been to countless hotels. Countless breakfast areas. All either showing on the TV local news, or nothing at all. NOT THIS ONE! You get Newsmax. Every morning. Nothing makes your breakfast evacuate faster than with a healthy dose of extreme far-right political spin on each & every clip.
Hotel rooms were big and spacious. Breakfast was nice except for loud TV during breakfast and then customer service discontinued once we checked out. I left my IV pole in the room and we live a few hours away and I called later that night and was told they don’t clean rooms on Sunday so I had to wait to call back Monday and then I did and they said they didn’t have it. Poor customer service.
