On 09/06/25 in the evening at around 8:30 pm, old black dude at the front desk didn’t let me use the restroom. I have stayed there before. Now, will never stay there and advise the others to do the same. Edit : I’m not white btw if you guys think it’s racially motivated. Friendly service, clean room and good location. Although there was a hill to navigate, this is close to the streetcar and many places of interest. No pool but it did include free breakfast with typical items.
The hotel was located in a convenient location within walking distance to the Power & Light District and the River Market. We really enjoyed visiting both of those areas. However, the immediate area of the hotel is looking run down. Traffic outside is loud at night. We were disappointed with the morning breakfast...there was no orange juice, bagels, or toast any of the mornings we stayed there. Coffee pots were run empty and we had to ask for refills. The staff was very accomodating and friendly though.
