My stay at Hampton Inn by Hilton was an outstanding experience that reflected the highest level of professionalism and service. The staff consistently demonstrated courtesy, efficiency, and attention to detail, ensuring that all needs were met promptly and effectively. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which highlighted the brand’s strong commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. Overall, the experience left me with a lasting impression of reliability and excellence.
Assistant General Manager “J” Took a call at the front desk while I was in the area after he hung up he complained about stupid customers and stupid questions using profanity.
Had some room key technical issues that were resolved very quickly by the front desk. Called in a shuttle from the rental car area at the airport and ended up waiting over 30 mins to be picked up due to some miscommunications. The shuttle to the airport in the morning went smoothly though. Rooms were clean and updated but when I arrived all the drawers in the room where open? Maybe they were just cleaned but I've never seen that before.
