This far exceeded our expectations for a chain hotel. The lobby is so warm and welcoming, as were all the staff that we encountered. The rooms are a little dated but had everything we needed. The location was great - close to the highway and some restaurants. Snacks at check in were a fantastic touch - my daughter loved getting popcorn and an apple, and the breakfast was also excellent.
This hotel is not a 3 star but a 4 star hotel. Worth the money and time being spent
On our travels, Florida to Ohio stopped here. Had to get a pet friendly dog room. Plenty of areas on outskirt of parking lot to walk your dog. The carpet was old, the room was a bit dated but clean. The staff was amazing from check-in to check out. Had problem with Hampton's new TV service and a gentleman came up and helped right away. Appreciated evening snacks provided. The breakfast had a great variety of hot food, baked goods, cereals and other items. Would stay again.
Quiet hotel close to the interstate. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean but dated.
