Excellent hotel. Wonderful staff, clean renovated rooms, nice breakfast options. Fun Fall decor made it feel very friendly with a touch of home. Definitely would choose to stay with them again when we are back in the area.

Shower did not have hot water....tepid at best. Sink had hot water. We reported it and it seemed staff was aware of the issue. Another room was offered but we'd already unpacked. So disappointed that we were given that room in the first place. Not a good way to treat guests. Hence, the reason for low stars. Also, the bathtub had water rust stains and the grout near the corner of the tub looked dirty. Forgot to take photos. All of this might be expected at low rated hotels, but not Hamptons!

This is our 3rd time staying here and it has become one of our favourite road trip stops! I love the complimentary popcorn when you check in. The rooms are always clean, the property is well kept, and the staff is very friendly. They also always have such cute festive decor. The hot breakfast is really nice, especially the biscuits and gravy! We always enjoy our stay here and will definitely be back.
