Staff is very rude. Smell of weed everywhere. Rooms have been smoked in very recently. They were very rude and angry that I sake for a different room. I booked a room with two queen beds and all they have is a single queen with a pull out couch. Not happy with this place.
Everything is good, except a damaged table and coupple of bugs on the ceiling. Maybe it's commen in MS. It's unusual for me from California. Other than that Five stars for me.
Hampton Inn and holiday inn Express have always been my go to for quality and consistency. This is the first time I’ve left a Hampton Inn and said “never again “. The room was dated, curtain torn, carpet fraying at edges, microwave emitted burnt plastic smell when used, breakfast uninspiring, face towels like wet cardboard, room not cleaned for the entire weekend, desk splinter possibilities and service with an attitude.
