We checked in hotel before a serious surgery. We met by Ebony the clerk. After rolling her eyes as we walked in she rudely check us in with unnecessary comments. We went up stairs to our room and were met by a gentleman who was in room. Went back downstairs. We were a bit irritated by now because of attitude we were greeted with. She questioned if we saw someone in the room. After another brief conversation with this lovely clerk we got new room which had hair all over the floor and sink.
Very Friendly Staff
My only concern, and what I did not like when I checked in they charged my credit card. When I booked my room I was told I could reserve it with my credit card and pay cash at check out time. Hampton charged my card at check in. I played cash when I checked out. Now I have to wait for charges to be reversed. All the hotels I have stayed at. I never had this to happen to me. I may never stay at Hampton again because of this problem. I did go back and there rates was even higher.
