Close to Indy, clean, more affordable than most around there. Pool is a bonus. Food was a nice start to the day. They had something for everyone.
Don't plan on receiving any decent service from Hilton hotels, especially this one. If you happen to have a delayed later flight, the lobby will be locked and no one available to check you in. You can always call the customer service line (after finding the phone number that is purposely difficult to locate on the Hilton website -- use google) so that you can experience conversing with a completely unhelpful and slightly rude individual located in another country. Room was clean and breakfast was excellent. Good location near interstate and shopping
I can only share my experience with the service because we ended up going elsewhere. We arrived at the hotel a little after midnight. This was close off of the interstate and we'd been driving all night and we're tired. We were *greeted* by a woman who harassed my daughter for not having a room key. So I proceeded to say we needed to rent a room. She asked why I was just looking at her and I told her I needed to know a price. At this point, I knew I wouldn't stay here with someone so rude.
