When I first got to the room, the AC unit was loud. I called the front desk and they sent their great maintenance guy up. He fixed and it was really quiet and out of a lot of air. It was fantastic. Amazing customer service.
Clean and well kept
Was rudely denied help at front desk last night. Everything else it’s 5star expect this bad experience…only wanted access to the room I was staying at … she repeatedly said I can’t help you… I understand there’s protocols to fallow but a better attitude to resolve the issue would be great
