Came in for an emergency family member at the hospital and was able to get a nice room and extend our stay daily and get a great hospital rate!! Mady was our housekeeper who made our room feel so comforting!!! Great place and FANTASTIC Staff

I stayed at the Hampton Inn Idaho Falls on September 1 and was very disappointed with the experience. At check-in, no registration card was signed and there was no disclosure about the bedding materials or products used — information that’s important for guests with sensitivities or health concerns. After contacting Hilton Corporate, I was told that since it was considered a health and safety concern, I needed to speak directly with the property. Disappointing Stay at Hampton Inn Idaho Falls at the Mall.-Avoid at all costs. We recently booked 4 nights stay at this Hotel and after waking up at 2 am the first night, we decided that we couldn't endure another night. When we first arrived we couldn't find the entrance because of remodeling. After walking around the hotel and not finding a way in, we called and received instructions where the make shift entrance was. We had booked a king size bed, non-smoking. There was a little hang up during check in because their credit card machine was declining all my credit cards and it took several minutes to sort out it was their equipment problem. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and I liked the fact that there were power outlets throughout the room, I think 5 in total, each had two USB ports and two plugs.
