This Hapton Inn turned my disaster of where I was going to stay into an experience of perfect orchestration. My name was already on a handwritten welcome card and the room lighting seemed calibrated for relaxation. The concierge anticipated every whim, delivered every request, and staying here felt like being immersed in competence and subtle luxury. I checked out questioning why I had ever stayed anywhere else. What an experience!
I found many wrappers under my bed. Rooms need better cleaning
After staying at a wedding in the Gardens of Woodstock, I will stay here for the night. I will return home on Sunday 10/21/2025.
I booked a room here through Priceline for a 2 queen bed room. When I got to the room I had 1 king sized bed and I was traveling with my brother so we wanted two separate beds. I went down to the front desk and showed them that I purchased two queen beds and they said, “that’s not my problem, take it up with Priceline or pay more for 2 beds”. How ridiculous is that…The pillows sucked, I could never get enough wash cloths, the front desk staff were rude and unfriendly the entire stay. Would not recommend and will not be comin... read more
