I found many wrappers under my bed. Rooms need better cleaning
After staying at a wedding in the Gardens of Woodstock, I will stay here for the night. I will return home on Sunday 10/21/2025.
I booked a room here through Priceline for a 2 queen bed room. When I got to the room I had 1 king sized bed and I was traveling with my brother so we wanted two separate beds. I went down to the front desk and showed them that I purchased two queen beds and they said, “that’s not my problem, take it up with Priceline or pay more for 2 beds”. How ridiculous is that…The pillows sucked, I could never get enough wash cloths, the front desk staff were rude and unfriendly the entire stay. Would not recommend and will not be comin... read more
I've been staying at Hampton Inns for the last 35 years and have always been given complimentary bottled water. Morning front desk clerk declined my request because I'm only a "silver" member. Paid well over $300 for 2 nights & was declined a very simple request? Not a good way to welcome your guests. They have signs on every table reminding guests to "eat what you take". Treating your guests like children in my opinion is very unprofessional.
Very clean and the staff was very friendly
