I'm an Honors member and won't stay at any other chain. Fabulous mattress! Hampton and True we love. It's a shame that pets cannot be unattended in rooms. Other less considerates have messed it up for everyone and I get that. It's just that I traveled alone 130 miles for a Dr.s appt. that was scheduled before check-out time. My dog is a special needs animal so with no other choice I had to bring her. Not easy with my own health problems but I managed. Quiet little area, a taco bell and Bob Evans close by. Hotel staff were excellent. Pool and breakfast areas clean and ordered. One of the nicest Hamptons I've stayed in. Beds comfy and quiet at night.
The room was clean, and the lobby and dining area was clean. The grounds are maintained, and there is an area to walk your animal and sit.
