We have stayed at this hotel for two different trips, it was lovely both times! Celeste, Aurora, Candace and Drell took great care of me and our family. The room was nice and clean, breakfast was hot and fresh. Water easily available.
This hotel is in a good location close to the Galleria. The staff was very kind and helpful. However, they charge $29 per night to park which is ridiculous. The hotel rooms were very dated. The USB charging stations were not next to the bed and did not work. Not sure I would stay here again.
We had a short stay. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and hot, and the hotel was quiet. We enjoyed our stay.
