my reserved room was not available upon arrival.Staff was super nice and apologetic and got me a different room. only problem is I had to pay more for a lesser room which doesn't seem right to me. their overlooking is not my fault. parking for 35 a night for an uncovered gated area with no free parking option is a bit steep. also web site through hilton says parki g is 25.. the room was clean but the show sprayed either rust or dirt for about 3 minutes (see picture) but it cleared up.. at least 1 I've machine was down but th... read more
Our stay at Hampton near the Galleria was perfect. Aurora was wonderful upon check-in. A very delightful lady making sure we were welcomed as diamond members and had the correct room we needed. The hotel appears it will be undergoing renovations. Although aged, it was very clean and nice. Will stay there again if in the area.
