I truly appreciate the staff at this hotel. Chris and Myra are truly compassionate and care about their guests experience from when they walk into the hotel until checking out. I have to come to Houston for Dr visits and my first experience staying here sold me on this hotel. I believe Twala was at the front desk and she made sure I was safe and comfortable during my stay. Breakfast was good and location is close to Houston downtown. The key for the door didn't opened the first room what we got. I went downstairs to ask for help. I got a new key who also couldn't open the door. Again I went downstairs to ask for solution. They given another room and key as well. Of course this key didn't opened the room. Again back to downstairs. After all of that the front desk person decided to call the maintenance guy to help us. Judge your self this situation!!!!
