If i could give this a negative star i would. Lady at the front desk was extremely rude to me and my father, and was not at all trying to be understanding or even let us get words out before interrupting. If you don't have good costumer service, then honey don't work in consumer service. Attitudes like that will run a business to the ground!

I had a great experience. The staff was the nicest. From the front counter, to maintenance, to house keeping. We notified them that we would be arriving earlier than the check in time and they accommodated us and had our room ready! The breakfast was hot and great all three days. On Friday they offered complimentary cookies which were delicious and soft! The room was clean and comfortable as well as the entire hotel. They have a pool and hot tub. Amazing stay! The staff is so friendly and helpful. It shouldn’t amaze us but it did. We didn’t come upon not one staff member that was rude or that didn’t say hello. We stay in a lot of hotels for my husband’s work and this was THE friendliest. Next time we are in Houston we are staying here again. Beds were comfortable. Delicious breakfast w sausage, eggs, omelets, waffles, grits/oatmeal, and more! The pool was cold and clean!

Very rude “LEADER” when I asked her about my cancellation and refund. I booked on a Friday and she insisted that I should’ve cancelled on THURSDAY? Don’t know how I can go back in time? ANYWAYS, I asked her if I could speak to anyone else she was literally yelling to me over the phone. She then said “I AM THE MANAGER”. VERY RUDE SERVICE AND NON HELPFUL.
