This hotel is strategically placed to get to everywhere. The staff is amazing. Their hospitality is amazing. They are very helpful.
pretty much your average Hampton hotel, not the most modern but still a clean place. The AC in my room was louder than usual, the rest was okay. Very nice staff at the front desk, and a typical continental breakfast selection. Plenty of space for parking right in front of the hotel, and the location really requires a car.
The sales team were great when working with them to block off rooms for our church event. They made the process easy and affordable! We were able to block off 10 rooms with no problems! Although the area where the hotels are located is a little rough, it is a hidden gem!
I had a very disappointing experience at Hampton Inn Houston I-10 East this morning. While waiting for my son, who was taking a state test at this facility, I needed WiFi to handle an urgent matter. I expected at least a basic level of courtesy, but when I politely asked the front desk lady for access, her response was not only unhelpful but outright rude. The staff was lovely. The rooms were great for the price. No views but that’s okay because we didn’t spend much time there anyways. I felt safe and secure; which is important anywhere I stay.
