Me and my family had a great experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived to the end of our stay Jesse and fatah working at the front provided exceptional guest experience. Their team went above and beyond from providing us with hotel shuttles to restaurants and tourist attractions to providing key recommendations to great locations. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location to anyone visiting the area and thinking about staying in downtown Houston! It truly made our stay memorable.
The rooms are clean, limited amenities but reasonable for the price and its location. The staff are friendly. My biggest problem is the outdoor pool, it was nasty… When we arrived on the first day, we found food packaging and dead bugs in the water, bottom of the pool looks gross and there’s a big dead cockroach lying next to the pool.
