The room itself is good but the bed is not. And also, no microwave in room is a minus.
I spent a week in Houston and chose to stay at this hotel because of the great reviews! I’m delighted to be able to share my experience and agree this is a very accommodating place. From the gentleman at the Valet named Jesse who explained very thoroughly how the parking worked all the way to the room being very clean and cozy. Thumbs up! Keep doing what you’re doing!
