The general manager Jaime and his front desk assistant Kimberly were sublime with their level of care and customer service skills. I reserved 3 rooms and all of them were spotless and neat. The entire 3 day experience was a home away from home as they say. Breakfast was always ready, hot and fully stocked. The staff was welcoming and very pleasant. TLDR at the end. Ok, y’all. My first online review ever. Today I’m breaking the long streak, and it’s because it’s THAT BAD. If you like snarky comments, discriminatory conduct, hostile stares, and surprise charges showing up on your bill even after confirming with the front desk supervisor, this is the place to be.
