I had an issue with my reservation, and Christina was able to help me out without issue! Great service!
Update: I did go for the waffles....yup...yum! Malted vanilla or cinnamon. Also..update on breakfast overall...the options change a bit daily. 2nd day was omelets and smoked sausage with french toast sticks, 3rd was scrambled eggs, biscuits n gravy and sausage. I've stayed in many hotels in Hot Springs over the years ... Vacation and business. First time at this hotel. The staff here is so friendly... genuinely friendly. They seem so happy to be here and that reflects well on their Management. And their breakfast is the best I've had at a hotel! Red skinned potatoes were cooked perfectly and the eggs were not watery like hotel eggs usually are. They were light and fluffy....perfect. I think I'll blow my diet and try their waffles tomorrow. The batter flavors look yum!
I want to thank the desk clerk Makala for everything she and other staff members did for me during my last stay. Makala went out of her way to take care of me as I was in a very difficult situation. I am grateful.
