Absolutely disgraceful response from sales called 5 times to discuss ridiculous prices. I've stayed for months at a time and this price was insane. I'm pulling all my business including the company business. I'm a diamond member and no response after requesting to discuss this. 300$ a night for a hotel in the middle of nowhere. Insane. The sales person Natalie never called back.

Front desk agent at check-in was great as well as the night time agent. The front desk manager however? Rude. Came banging on our door 30 min after we checked in to remind us only guests staying in the room could swim (I work in travel - I know this). Shook her head very annoyed when I advised we were there to celebrate my daughter's birthday (8 - nothing wild). This hotel is nothing but rude thieves, showed up was told the rooms were oversold. I needed to drive 45 minutes to an offbrand hotel and since I did not accept their offer. they charged me for a no-show when they were the no-shows. I have never received an apology once and weeks later still trying to get my money back. I guess at this point we’ll just let the credit card people handle it. Check your bills closely, absolutely dishonest company!
