I always stay here when visiting Hickory. Awesome, staff and breakfast options. Friendly staff.
Up to the standards one would expect in Hampton Inn. The big plus was they do allow dogs albeit with a $50 charge. The room was modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable, the couch not so much. The bath towels were top notch. The only complaint with the room was the air conditioner. It was a wall unit and constantly cycled on and off every 15 minutes. Hot, cold, hot, cold. Kind of annoying. Hampton Inns are usually a good option for the price but this hotel is a notch above. Loved the style of the updated rooms and the beds were super comfortable. Staff also took great care of us and proactively reached out to make sure we did not need anything. Convenient location as well. Will definitely stay here again.
Fantastic staff!!!!! As soon as we got in we were greeted like family. Staff so helpful. Chef Will was great! Food was so good and the service 5 star!!
