Stayed here in a double room on the 3rd floor for a few nights to visit hersheypark and go to a concert. They had a sign up about being in the top 5% of Hampton inn’s nationwide, and having an award for cleanliness and guest service. I would agree that they were very clean and kind! I’ve definitely gotten used to going into a hotel room and half expecting the AC to be dusty or ready to mold, and there to be something suspiciously stained. There was none of that! I’ve stayed at this property multiple times over the last years and I’ve always had a pleasant stay. The property is clean, breakfast is excellent and the staff are great. On my last stay the ac wasn’t working in the room when I checked in and staff at the front desk (Shawna) had the unit checked and asked if it was ok to move us to a different room. The staff at this hotel is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms and breakfast area were very clean. Great stay!
