Great place friendly staff and the patrons here are as well. Theres an Ihop in the parking lot so I dont have to drive for dinner. The reason for 4 stars is the carpet in my room is very sticky which is pretty gross and there are a few dings and dents on the walls and trim that could easily be fixed with some paint.

Great customer service. It was refreshing to encounter someone that knows how to treat customers. This same trip we had a bad experience in Salt Lake City.

I booked here because they said there were electric vehicle chargers when I called to check before booking. Got here today and all three EV Chargerz are not working. Also, got stuck on the nonworking elevator on the 4th floor. Should have chosen another hotel.

This is an older location. You can tell by how it is kept up. We did not get the room that we chose in advance on the app. And the guy at the desk wrote the wrong room number on the envelope holding the keys. Luckily my husband figured out the correct room number. Room was clean, but you could tell maid staff were in a hurry since drawers were left open and lights left on. The location is right next to the highway, so easy on/off, but can easily hear the traffic when trying to sleep.
