Terrible experience at this location. I understand that this is a pet friendly location but the people in the room next to us thought it was a good idea to go out and leave their dog barking all night. We called several times to complain about it but the young lady couldn't be bothered and never offered to move us. Hard to believe as the parking lot was very empty so Im assuming they weren't full. Decent hotel but don’t cancel too late. We were going to stay here for a second time, but had to cancel.I injured my knee while staying in the catskills the night before. So we went home. Apparently after their deadline to cancel. So were out $375.00 when we did not use the room. No worries there are plenty of other hotels in the area. Just my opinion, but their decision to charge us anyway is very short sighted. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels in our nearly 40 years of marriage and never had this happen to us before.
