Overall, a clean and safe property with excellent customer service. Encountered a minor issue with my digital key, but it was rectified immediately. Convenient to Amherst College off route 9, but set back and easy to miss, especially in the dark. I'd definitely stay here again.
Beware the floors creak! Stay on the 3rd floor so you don’t have to deal with hearing someone walking above you.
We felt very welcomed when we stayed here and were very pleased with the room, the breakfast and the overall service
Pool closes at 9pm. Same thing as not having a pool!
