The beds are terrible! So so hard. 3 long nights of no sleep. Everything else was great tho. If you like beds hard as a board then this hotel if for you.
We stayed in a room that had something disgusting on the curtain and the AC was broke. When we got in the room it was so humid. They said they would bring us a new curtain but never did. They also said we'd be compensated and we haven't heard anything else from them since we stayed June 5th. I've been calling and still nothing. I just called customer service and the guy wouldn't even stay on the phone for me to get my bosses personal email. He just hung up. Beautiful rooms and atmosphere.
Great staff. Lovely was a welcome surprise and she was very helpful.
this place exceeded our expectations. the staff were so kind and helpful! definitely made a world of a difference. we stayed here to visit the beach and it was a 10 min commute to gulf shores. about 3 mins from walmart, a very convenient location to everything around. the room was clean and comfortable. their breakfast was a highlight as well, thank you so much hampton inn!
