First time gulf shores alabama. I came in early on June 7 like 4am didn't know hotel doesn't take cash at all. Luck I had enough on my card to get hotel for june 7 . I stay from June 7 to June 10 check out day. The hotel breakfast lady ( I don't know her name) I thank her on first day I was here. The food is amazing. The pool is big . The parking lot isn't big at all. The house keeping was good; we just needed towels ; trash out for the days we was here. The room air center works good .
If you have another option…take it. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had at a Hilton property. Staff and management were difficult to work with, communication was poor, and there was no apparent interest in finding a reasonable solution. I left extremely disappointed and will always choose another hotel in the area.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but the customer service experience at this Hampton Inn was disappointing from start to finish. I cannot encourage you enough to not stay here. What should have been a simple and routine check in turned into an unnecessarily difficult and frustrating experience. The staff was unhelpful, communication was poor, and there seemed to be little interest in finding solutions or treating guests with professionalism and respect. Let me start off by saying just Wow. Fefe is the best employee known to man, and everyone else there was absolutely incredible. This place was as exceptional as any place could ever be. Even though I can only do 5 stars I would do 10 if I could, also this checks every box that a 5 star hotel could, the service is impeccable. Fefe took care of me and I notified her about an anniversary I had and the trip was for me and my girlfriend.
