The staff here was so friendly. I had an issue with my reservation and they worked along with home office to get it resolved for me.
I am a Hilton Members and stay regularly in Hilton hotels. I also regularly give good feedback on these hotels. But this one is definitely falling short in so many ways: pool closed and the staff is not sure why, I stayed 3 night but didn’t get any housekeeping, no safe in room, no bottle water fountain, digital key not working, no morning breakfast bags as at other Hampton locations and in addition the 3 mornings the breakfast was really bare bone, not very friendly nor available reception staff.
