I am a woman that commonly travels alone. The front staff person was very nice and nonjugmental. I felt safe and welcomed. The breakfast was fabulous with lots of options for anybodies dietary needs. The dinning area was clean and accessible. Room was clean and spacious. The clientele were polite.

My son made the reservation over the phone and held with his debit card. Once I got to the hotel I paid with my card. They charged him the amount of the room plus the ancillary charge which was $215 and they also charged my account $154. We have been on The phone trying to get someone to help us for over an hour. They keep transferring us to someone new and the phone disconnects. I’m not sure what happened and why they can’t get this fixed. They need to be more diligent at bookkeeping. Requested a room on the backside of the motel and it was very quiet throughout my stay. Rooms were updated and modern. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked great with a constant blowing fan. Breakfast was a typical Hampton Inn with waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, etc. The staff was also very nice. Overall a great stay.

Easy on/off I65. Good clean room 113. Good breakfast 6-10am. Front desk at Check-in was Keundra, at Check-out was Summer and they were both very friendly, communicated well, and very helpful. Room was very quiet, even so close to interstate, and during a severe thunderstorm. I plan to return when I need a room in this area again. BMac..
