I am not one to post alot of reviews. But this experience at this Hampton Inn located in Greenville has been the worst experience i have had with any hotel. This was the conditions of the first room we got after checking in Which you can tell wasn't cleaned at all. The keys to the room didn't work when first trying to enter the first room as well. We stayed at the Hampton Inn for a large golf trip. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and service was great. I had a charge to my room that wasn’t from me, and that was quickly resolved. I’ll be back if I’m ever in the area. Keep doing what you’re doing!
I rolled in at 12a after driving all day and Fraen (I think that’s her name—the pink haired lady!) was such a gracious, welcoming host. I had no reservations or Hilton Honors premium tiers but felt like a diamond member. Everything nowadays is so transactional that it’s awesome to find a hotel that values hospitality
An older location. Clean and spacious. Breakfast standard continital. Overall good stay.
