Location is away from most things but for the airport. This hotels customer service was unbelievably caring. I had an emergency that caused my trip to get very messy at the last minute. The staff treated me so well that day and night til wee in the morning, that I could not let my emergency take over my sleep and morning. Thank you night auditor and shuttle driver (Jul 14 - 16, 2026)!! I will be back again soon. I will stay here again because of them!!

I couldn't tell if there was mold on our room's ceiling or if it was black dust in the corner of the ceiling pretending to be mold. Hallway had a weird smell like someone was cooking pig intestines. Could have been since we were near the airport. We were too tired to care and have stayed in much worse. We slept well but briefly. Breakfast was pretty okay with limited options. The staff were hospitable. Parking was easy. Probably won't be in my top 3 Hampton/ Hilton choices when returning to the area in the near future though... read more

This hotel is only about 10 minutes away from GSO airport and easy to get to. My friend and I arrived at 2 PM, two hours before the check in time, but the friendly front desk lady found us rooms. The room is good. Some features I like include USB port near the bed, night light in the bathroom, and the bar on the shower door to hang the towel. On the last day, we had an early flight to catch, and the breakfast was ready at 6 AM as promised. It was a decent breakfast selection, too.
