The staff was extremely courtesy and helpful, especially Latoya. Her friendliness & professionalism exhibit how customer service use to be.
Everything is fine, the rooms are clean and they clean them all the time, I recommend this hotel.

This place needs to be updated on the worst way. AC is ancient and barely able to keep up with the heat, sheets are thin, pillows are tiny, and overall the room just feels old. The hallway to the room smelled horrible like onions or strong food. The only saving grace to this place is the shuttle and front desk staff.
