We stayed here for a number of days for youth soccer events. The staff was super friendly and helpful. When we were there the hotel was sold out and they stayed on top of everything. For example, they did a great job with keeping the breakfast loaded for all the hungry kids and parents staying there. And there was a good choice of restaurants close by. I would certainly recommend them.
Great location. Which I had a tub room. And that house keeping would stop everyday but other than that the workout room 24/7 great staff and good breakfast
As a Diamond Member, I was pleased with the quality of the amenities provided, and the status of the rooms, breakfast etc. What was *not* acceptable was the staff repeatedly failing to address a group of teenagers who decided that 11pm-2am were the appropriate hours to blast music and hold loud conversations in the hallways. Refusing to deal with one group of customers resulted in a greatly diminished experience for all the others in proximity. I expected better.
Breakfast was hot, fresh and refilled oftened. Room was clean and the bed was comfy.
