Let's start with location... It was within walking distance of shopping, dining, and a movie theater. Wonderful little place, surrounding the property. Everyone employed at this establishment was friendly enough. Now I've worked in and managed at many hotels over the past 2 decades. I've seen what does and doesn't work in these settings.
