Love the staff and there willingness to make my stay the most comfortable it could be ,
I'm giving this hotel a one out of five. I will keep this short. Clogged sink in the bathroom! Black mold in the shower! Ant’s in the sleeping area by the desk! Breakfast was so bad I went out to a restaurant. I've been a diamond member for 15 plus years. Front desk was unwilling to resolve this situation.
Well, this Hampton Inn was an experience. It began with a front desk person telling us she was having a bad day. In fact she forgot to give us our Silver Club membership water, we had to ask. We found our room to be clean, but smelled a little musty. Not bad enough to leave but present. I noticed they had lots of scent machines throughout the facility. Staff was amazing and excellent location! Hotel was perfect place to stay while there. would highly recommend staying here
