Excellent Customer Service, very positive environment. They went above and beyond to correct a booking error. Pool can be used after 10pm. Great hot Breakfast options and stayed open after 10am.
The staff is super helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for the Out West Art Auction. The beds were not so comfortable, but the location of our room was perfect so didn't mention to the front desk. Also, only bar soap available, so best to bring your own body wash if that's what you normally use. The bar has great steaks, and the Junior hamburger and fries is humongous and plenty for an adult or senior. We will stay here again because of the wonderful staff and location.
Great overnight stop when traveling
Room was fine, the staff were rude. Checked out in person at the front desk after the app didn’t work on Friday, and when I came to check back in on Sunday I found out I was never checked out. I was then told it’s too late to correct it and I was charged for the days I wasn’t there. Later, another staff member grilled me when I came in the side door with my dinner thinking I was food delivery. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
