Hotel was clean, staff friendly and accommodating. With only 1 of 2 hotels near the hospital for visiting patients, the two hotels take full advantage of the business opportunity charging premium rates. It was almost half the price to stay in colonial Williamsburg than Gloucester!
Hometown: Unfortunately have to give 4 stars instead of 5..a little pricey for the area due to only 2 hotels which both in competition not worth almost $200 a night. Breakfast is mediocre. Housekeeping good but carpet is a little dated. Customer service was great with Logan during check in and Marie manager is very professional as well but Keri I think needs a little more training it took her 1 hour to check us back in for another day I usually do an AIRBNB in the area but they were booked for the Easter holiday..
It was nice, comfortable bed. Breakfast looked adequate, but we didn't eat.
