Even though this property is super convenient to my office. I checked in and the TV didnt work. I notified the desk immediately and was told "someone" will look at it. Went to dinner and came back 2 hours later still nothing. I'm told once again they can't move me to another room. The front desk was less than friendly. Horrible service!!!!!
I was in town for a work trip. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Antonio, who was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He was very knowledgeable about the area and provided great recommendations for places to eat and shop. I would also like to recognize the gentleman who was cleaning the breakfast area. He was incredibly personable, always had a smile on his face, and was a pleasure to chat with. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. 3rd time getting here at 4pm and room not ready but I’ve paid for it…Anthony at front desk refused to change my room to another after their mistake. I drove over 6 hrs, was tired and they refused to fix their Mistakes! I’m a silver member and have never been treated so poorly!
Great location. A great spot for more than several places and things! Rooms were better than expected and were very modern. Television was good. We didn't like how the bathroom doors was just "sliding" although it was esthetically pleasing
