Dirty bathroom with water all over sink and hairs. Front desk staff need coaching or be replaced. Thumbs down one star for staff.
This is a nice hotel in a good location. Not far from downtown and has plenty of free parking! That's a huge reason I chose this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in good shape and clean. The rooms were in good shape and clean as well. I was here for two weeks and on the weekends it was pretty full, but the noise level in my room was low. DO NOT STAY HERE!! MANAGER IS A FRAUD!! June '25: Good stay until they CHARGED me again for a room that was PREPAID & still have not issued A REFUND over 2 weeks later. UPDATE, 9/2025: Backstory - Hotel booked as a prepay. They asked for my cc# when I checked in for "incidentals" & then charged me $25. The next day, AFTER we checked out, they not only charged me the incidentals (which never occurred) but then ALSO CHARGED ME FOR A NIGHT STAY. Which, was already paid for and they charged me a higher rate than what I booked it... read more
The hotel was nice and in a quiet location with a grocery store near by the staff was friendly especially Michelle, me and my family enjoyed the breakfast, but the eggs were not good
