I just stayed at this property for 6 nights. It was very good. Hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were varied with lots of choices. There was a mess with our block booking at a nearby hotel and Hampton Inn accepted some of these guests from the block. They did a great job. I would recommend this hotel if in the area.
We were visiting family in the area and stayed for three nights. Michelle at check-in was fantastic—welcoming, professional, and quick to resolve an issue with our original room by moving us smoothly with no hassle. We also had our dog with us, so we skipped turn-down service, but LaRhonda went above and beyond every evening. She always greeted us warmly, made sure we had extra towels and amenities, and truly helped make our stay excellent. Highly recommended! We gave this Hampton Inn four stars because it the brand consistently delivers clean, comfortable, and pet-friendly accommodations no matter where we travel to in the U.S. The beds were comfy, the room was nice, and we appreciated having a bathtub. The rooms are quiet despite being near the interstate, and multiple entrances make it easy to go from the car up to the room.
