We decided to stay in town unexpectedly and stayed one night. Randalle at the front desk was very accommodating and made our stay easy and great! TY!
The location is great. Close walking distances to the two places we wanted to eat: 1)Cherokee Steak; and 2) Crockett Breakfast Camp. Also close to other eateries and activities. Parking is $20 at most all of the parking lots in Gatlinburg! So Hampton is a good place to stay. Parking at the hotel was no issue, plenty of spaces. Front desk very helpful and friendly. They double booked our room! When we went to our room someone else was still staying there. Went to lobby to explain and they apologized but they said they had no rooms left and we wouldn’t be able to stay there. They offered a hotel 30 min away. We had to try and find a different hotel ourselves in Gatlinburg. Family with 3 little kids.
