The room AC leaked and we had water all over our bags. Unfortunately we didn't notice until we were leaving. Management said they seen nothing wrong so if you are sensitive to mold then I'd stay away. Also management did nothing to resolve the issue other than a simple text message. We live in a world that we expect a credit or some extra points...a text does nothing to help the situation.
Everything was great, from the time we checked in to our checkout day. Friendly and courteous staff We were always welcomed with a smile and a hello when walked through the lobby to enjoy the patio after a long day. Rooms were clean, beds were clean and comfortable. We had the best time and will be back again.
Beware this location will charge you $15 per vehicle despite having ample amounts of parking spaces available. There’s no garage , no cover yet they feel the need to charge for parking. If a guest is staying issue them a complimentary parking pass. I get that you’re trying to cut back on non-guests parking on the property but taking it out on customers isn’t the solution Simple fix without losing customers
