The man working 4/1 at the desk was great so this isn't about him. However when I arrived my room that I was given the door was wide open, all the lights and TV on inside. I thought there might have been someone in there so I went back down to report it and he gave me a new room. (He reported back after there wasn't someone in there but housekeeping never reset to check after) My new room however had throw up on the carpet I called down to let them know so I wouldn't be charged for damages but decided to keep the room as it ... read more
Hands down best hotel on long island. Everyone in the entire hotel is extremely friendly and helpful. Especially that girl at the front desk named Crystal. Her customer service is second to none!!! Highly recommend this hotel.
