We stayed at this hotel December last year and customer service was great. This time they were not friendly at all. They did not restock toilet papers, shower gel, room not the best cleaning service. Front desk not that helpful!
Large room. It’s good when the AC is off. The housekeeping skipped cleaning my room. Frontdesk did not give elite member welcome gift. Breakfast was very very basic. I asked about laundry service. The first time they told me they don’t have it on Saturday. The second time they told me it’s sold out 🤷♂️ They said they would get back to me later but that did not happen.
Great location, very nice and helpful people.
I will be booking here next time I am on Long Island. Staff are very friendly, great breakfast, and reasonable price.
