Room was good for such a high traffic, high volume location. Was not told that cleaning wasn't done daily when I checked in. Wake up to post covid expectations. Cleaning is expected every day again. If you're not doing that, tell your customers at check in. Location is a 10/10 with beach access. Overall 7/10 if you are traveling to Fort Walton Beach, Destin area.

The one day my room was cleaned my bed was not made. The hotel smelled bad. I had to wash everything within an hour of getting home whether it was worn or not to get the smell out of my clothes. I threw all of my socks in the trash after wearing because the floors were so nasty. The beach was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location... thats about the best thing about the hotel. Checked in around 3pm on Saturday (August 15) and although the front desk woman was nice, but told us nothing and we had to go back to her with different questions (including beach towels, which way to the room, what time is breakfast etc) Rooms are dark, some smell is present, somewhat modern bathroom but not quality workmanship ), air-conditioning is like a jet engine every single time it would start on and very loud, walking outside along 1st floor rooms toward... read more
