We had late check inn. Front desk clerk was welcoming and sent us off with a snack and water. We are gold members. Rooms are clean. Towels fresh. Breakfast was fresh and lots of choices. They were also able to accommodate late check out. Doors had closers so there was no door slamming. Staff was friendly.
This was a great stay. Nice, friendly staff, beautiful check-in experience. Good breakfast. Spacious, clean rooms, walkable to Publix, Walgreens, Burger King, Wendy’s and other things. Half hour drive to Fort Myers Beach. Shuttle to the airport. Small pool that wasn’t heated, small gym.
Hilton Honors Diamond member- and I love this place! The rooms and the rest of the hotel are so clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I'll be back there for sure!
