⸻ Location – Not in a safe neighborhood. There were a lot of homeless people around. AC – Very loud. The front desk said all rooms have the same old wall unit. I checked out right after checking in. Couldn’t sleep. Do not book this hotel.
Lady over night at the front desk who worked 7/23 was so helpful and polite she answered all my questions and made my move of room fast and easy I love this place I stayed 3 days rooms are clean smells great and neat I love this place and free breakfast is a a plus thanks for all what you do for your guest I appreciate you guys
We stayed at this location for our family reunion. Khalid that checked us in, cute lil fella, he was extra helpful and engaging in conversation, thanked me for being a long time hilton honors member, I can truly appreciate that, I truly felt welcomed. Kudos Hampton Inn. The breakfast staff were very friendly and courteous. Daffeney (spelling might be off) was extra helpful she even came to the tables like a waitress and removed trash and asked if we needed more items. Customer service was super excellent. Hello everyone, please don’t come here not because of the staff or anything like that. The people here are great and wonderful! But unfortunately, I see this place is overpriced for the rooms they offer …. The room was hot because the AC wasn’t working properly. The whole floor smelled weird and on top of that around 9 AM in the morning there’s a knocking sound of renovations on top of my head. Never again.
