Good location to stay if you need to be close to the port and for 15 dollars they will arrange transportation Daphne works the front desk and she’s amazing
Just had the free breakfast included with our stay at the Hampton and it was awesome! Ashley and Wisterline were very friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. The food they prepared was really tasty, especially the cheese omelets and blueberry scones. Looking forward to tomorrow's breakfast. Thanks, Ashley and Wisterline! Also had drinks at the hotel bar, and Natalie was a great bartender! This Hampton hires really personable staff.
Good breakfast bar. Lobby and rooms are nice. Clean! Horrible horrible garage and we pay for it to top it off! Pillars around the tight corners are covered with carpet for protection. Dont go there with a full size vehicle!
There were 3 people working at the front desk and I initially walked up to a female who very condescendingly told me to check in with Randy. Granted— Randy’s badge said he is in “training”. And I don’t know for how long he has been in “training” for but he probably needs a few more weeks in his new position before he can probably start working on his own as he clearly demonstrated insufficient knowledge of simple digital systems.
