BOOK WITH CAUTION! I stayed here recently for 5 nights, which cost me near $1000. After I checked out they charged my credit card a $300 smoking fee. I thought it was a mistake I could clear up. Hotel refused to take my call or email me back. Then told the credit card company they have me on camera. Well i dont smoke so thats wrong, but are there cameras in the rooms?! Clientele at this hotel is not idea - not the crowd i want to eat breakfast with or park my car near, just an FYI on that. Lastly the room was extremely small... read more
AC belt was noisy and made a ringing sound all night. Informed the person at the desk and said there was nothing he could do and to see him in the morning after he confirmed it was an AC belt. I saw him in. the morning and nothing. Wish they cared more about customers.
