Safety issues! Service was ok. However, I feel that my safety was compromised. I was very disappointed with the room and location. The room’s front door does not close properly. We really needed to pull on it to hear the click. Little scary especially if you’re staying alone. I spoke to management before and it was not fixed. The tub didn’t drain. I just want to start off by saying what an absolutely phenomenal team of employees. This Hampton Inn went the complete extra mile and then some to completely surprise our now 6 year old daughter with a room full of fun! Balloons…..streamers……a wonderful gift. It brightened up our little girl’s world so much and really made a HUGE impression on her! Stayed one night at this hotel. The front desk staff was nice. Only 20 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale. When we checked in, We had chosen rooms the night before on the app and those rooms were given away. We were on two different floors. The rooms were not nice. Moldy, not Florida damp but moldy. The breakfast was 40 minutes late. The hot tub is inoperable, which was why we chose this location. I would not stay here again. Management did respond to my concern to make it right, but this is not Hilton property quality.
