I checked in on Saturday evening July 12th 2025. When I walked into room 209. There were dirty towels on the counter in the bathroom and trash in the trash can. Turned on the A/C unit and it rattled and squeaked like it was gonna come out of the wall. Went down to desk and asked to be moved. I was told they were full. The staff were unfriendly. They made no effort to have the room cleaned. I asked for a refund and was told to call on Monday to talk to a manager. I was given the run around and denied a refund. I will never st... read more
Perfect for our stay
If management is allowing the desk clerk to nap in the morning, at least put a bell on the counter so he can be woke up when a customer is in need. I waited 8 minutes before the lady from the breakfast kitchen went back and woke him up.
We stayed at this hotel two years ago in room 317. The same room was assigned to us on this trip. After I unpacked I noticed lamp shade ripped and torn, seat in shower barely hanging on, no shelf for soap or shaver, hair in shower, sheets and towels so thin you can see thru them, fridge that was dirty and needed defrosted, and filthy carpet. I left my slippers in car by mistake and after showering walked on rug with damp feet. When I went back into bathroom there were black foot prints I left. I rec'd a text asking me about ... read more
