The only reason we booked here was it advertised EV charging onsite on the Hilton App. We arrived to find that was not the case. First strike. We went into our room #405 to discover the room smelled of old cigarette smoke. We should have left the but didn’t. The floors were sticky also. Definitely not up to Hilton standards. Will not stop here again.
I don’t even know where to start! The sink was filled with hair trimimings, the lamps had stains on them, zero parking, bathtubs had gentile shavings, floor boards were straight up nasty, the hotel was extremely noisy, and the staff absolutely rude. As far as safety, zero phones work in the room! Stay away!!!
Pretty standard for a Hamp Inn. Place is clean, staff at desk was very friendly and answered all my questions before i had to ask. Love it. Was an odd odour at the end of the hall,but not on our floor, so no bother to us.
This was not the cleanest Hampton we’ve stayed at. The hallway carpet was dirty and visibly see debris on it. The room was ok, nothing spectacular. In the morning however, the bathroom smelled! I thought it smelled like cigarettes but my husband said it might be moldy. Not happy about that! Breakfast area was small!
Very clean,friendly, we were late for breakfast but we're still accommodated. I would go back there and stay again and recommend it to everyone.
