Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms appear recently remodeled, clean and comfortable. The could replace their towels, but overall a comfortable stay.

Coffee maker in room was so cheap ($40 on Amazon) it couldn’t make coffee. Lots of noise and steam and took 15 minutes to get a teaspoon of coffee. After 45 minutes it just gave up. On a previous visit she wouldn’t let me check in early (diamond member), had to wait around for 1/2 hour until someone showed up who knew what to do. (There were plenty of available rooms). Room heater doesn’t work (333) - was cold all the time. No bottled water in the room for diamond members. Digital key didn’t work well, it kept showing my ban... read more

I came here with my family for a road trip and decided to stay at Hampton. First of all, the service was friendly, Nick Scott was pretty welcoming and kind and worked quickly and hard. My room was pretty decent, but one of the cons was that there was a small bug on the towel. I am guessing it is likely a bed bug, and my family got grossed out. Sharing a very pleasant stay at this hotel, highlighted by Martha at breakfast. Her smile is contagious and she helped keep the food filled and even put away our utensils. It felt like being in a restaurant. Thank you Martha, you made my day!
