After being dragged out of bed before sunrise to deal with TSA attitudes at 5 a.m., crammed into an overcrowded airport, and then surviving a miserable flight where a screaming baby shrieked non-stop and the kid behind me treated my seat like a punching bag for hours, I was running on fumes and out of patience. Nick the general manager is wonderful and the staff is friendly and helpful. The place is clean and usually a bargain compared to other nearby hotels.
. . . SO MUCH BETTER than Hampton Inn Milpitas!!! The manager, Nick Scott, is truly AWESOME! He takes care of any issue quickly and efficiently, and is more than happy to help with ANY request. I will definitely stay here for any visits to the area . . . and can't beat the free parking and complimentary hot breakfast every morning! GREAT job on making this a truly enjoyable place to stay!
Overall nice stay here. I stayed three nights. The bed was comfortable, hotel has been updated. There were some questionable stains on the wall but overall room seemed clean. I had no shampoo, conditioner or lotion. I was surprised they hadn’t refilled it before my stay but the front desk was helpful in getting me more. The walls are a bit thin. Very clean and quiet rooms. Super close to my project at Tesla. No freeway travel was a huge bonus. Friendly, caring and helpful staff. Breakfast!!
