Our thermostat wouldn’t work in our room, the room continually heated and cooled throughout our 1 night stay. Breakfast felt lacking. The hotel is located conveniently off the highway. Our vehicle was untouched.
Good clean hotel in a quiet area. The staff are helpful and friendly!
Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms appear recently remodeled, clean and comfortable. The could replace their towels, but overall a comfortable stay.
Coffee maker in room was so cheap ($40 on Amazon) it couldn’t make coffee. Lots of noise and steam and took 15 minutes to get a teaspoon of coffee. After 45 minutes it just gave up. On a previous visit she wouldn’t let me check in early (diamond member), had to wait around for 1/2 hour until someone showed up who knew what to do. (There were plenty of available rooms). Room heater doesn’t work (333) - was cold all the time. No bottled water in the room for diamond members. Digital key didn’t work well, it kept showing my ban... read more
