I arrived about an hour and a half early before check in. I was hopeful to be able to get in my room a little early as I had to start work at 3pm and wanted to try and freshen up and get situated. When I was waiting in line I could over hear the front desk attendant tell the customer in front of me a very lackluster I'm sorry your room isnt ready, check in is at 3pm response.
