The management is not helpful. I was charged for a 2 room 1 night stay that I had asked to cancel 3 weeks prior. Instead of understanding the situation they chose to keep the money and didn't offer any assistance to maybe book a different stay or offer any other options to resolve the problem. Very disappointed in how it was handled.
